Im Jahre 2006 wurde dieses schöne Ferienhaus, das im Stadtteil Bon Aire bei Alcudia liegt, neu erbaut. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern und minimalistisch. Dabei ist alles sehr hell und freundlich gestaltet und mit dekorativen Elementen ergänzt worden. Von Ihrem Ferienhaus sind es nur rund 5 Minuten bis zu den touristischen Hochburgen wie Puerto de Alcudia. Nach Pollenca mit seiner schönen Altstadt oder Puerto de Pollenca mit seinen vielfältigen Wassersportmöglichkeiten sind es einige Minuten mehr mit dem Auto, aber auch die Fahrt selbst ist ein Erlebnis.

Dienstags und sonntags findet in der malerischen Altstadt von Alcudia der traditionelle Wochenmarkt statt. Hier können Sie erntefrisches Gemüse und Obst oder hausgemachte Wurst und hausgemachten Käse sowie mallorquinische Töpferarbeiten und einheimische Handarbeiten günstig einkaufen.
